Our Core Banking solution incorporates a tickler file for tracking credit documents that expire or require review. This module enables the community bank, credit union or de novo bank to keep up with expired financial statements, UCC filings, and similar documents and events. Customized letters or notices can be pre-defined and stored to notify customers on actions required to renew documents set to expire.

  • Tickler file for tracking credit documents; provides a capability to keep up with financial statements, UCC filings, etc coming due or past due
  • Handles tracking for up to 32 different classes of documents with 40 customized letters; capability to choose different letters on different trigger dates
  • Requests can be made by using the standard letter format or notices
  • Detailed reports including: items coming due, past due, or all items
