Suchak Data Systems, Inc. is a full service provider of technology solutions to financial institutions, such as community banks, de novo banks and credit unions. Since 1981, our mission is to serve the data processing needs of financial institutions with user-friendly systems, combined with the proper blend of attentive customer service and cutting edge technology. This mission, coupled with the close business relationships we strive for with our customers, is key to the success of SDS and our customers.

Our primary focus is customer service. We provide contact information for all SDS technical and management staff. We believe that customers should always experience a quick response 24X7.

SDS is comprised of a team of dedicated individuals with diverse backgrounds in information technology, banking and electronic funds transfer.

SDS continually develops and enhances its products and services for the benefit of our customers. We also look for third party products that will complement our solutions. Before implementing a new product, SDS will train its staff and provide a single point of contact on all products. While SDS provides a comprehensive suite of solutions and services, you always have the flexibility to choose an alternative solution if it makes more sense for your business. As a standard policy, we will provide an interface to any product the Financial Institution chooses at a fair price.

Our products and enhancements are tested thoroughly before they are put into production and our staff works closely with the designated contacts at the Financial Institution throughout the life-cycle.

We have regularly scheduled user group meetings at SDS during the calendar year to review new developments and group project requests. The user group meetings also provide a forum for the users to interact with each other and discuss common problems affecting their operations.

SDS is proactive when it comes to regulatory compliance. We attend seminars, perform extensive research and work closely with your compliance staff in order to make sure our products and services meet the regulatory compliance guidelines.
