Our products and enhancements are tested thoroughly before they are put into production and our staff works closely with the designated contacts at the FI throughout the life-cycle.

We have regularly scheduled user group meetings at SDS during the calendar year to review new developments and group project requests. The user group meetings also provide a forum for the users to interact with each other and discuss common problems affecting their operations.

SDS is proactive with new regulations. We attend seminars, perform extensive research and work closely with your compliance staff in order to make sure our products and services are in compliance.
